I had an amazing experience at Commonwealth Audi.  The negative reviews are ridiculous.  My husband and I had visited this dealership on several prior visits before finally purchasing a car.  Each time we went, we were very up front with the salesmen and told them that we were just looking and not in the market to purchase.  That didn't seem to change the treatment and respect we received.  Every time we went, they opened vehicles for us, gave us information, answered questions... it was a breath of fresh air.

My husband and I have been planning to buy a small luxury SUV for the past year.  After building a crazy spreadsheet and doing our homework, we decided that the Audi Q5 was for us.  This past Thursday night I went to their website and found the car of my dreams.  I filled out the "trade-in" quote function and within 10 minutes I had an email from Rich Fabbri, the Internet Manager.  He gave me the info I needed and scheduled an appointment with me to come in the next day to view the cars again.  When I went in on Friday, I went with the intention to look only and acquire additional information.  Rich knew this and still took his time walking me through each trim line, letting me test drive, etc.  He told me that he would get me some numbers by the end of the night, and to my surprise, I got an email within an hour.  After a few emails back and forth and a talk with the finance manager, we came to a deal.  Not only did both gentlemen treat me with the utmost respect, they also discounted the car incredibly and gave us an amazing deal on our trade-in (honored the Auto Trader quote, and went a little bit above).  

Sunday was our scheduled day to get the car, but we decided we couldn't wait any longer.  We were able to go in Saturday night and pick up the car.  Even though we had to take our kids (a 5 year old on a cotton-candy sugar high and a 6 month old), the entire process went smoothly and without a hitch.  My car looked amazing and Rich again walked me through every detail of the car.  

The only part that was delayed was getting into finance to sign the docs.  Luckily, it was a great opportunity to sit in my car, sync up my phone, program my preset radio stations, and basically learn all of of the fundamentals of the vehicle.

I can't wait to see how amazing the service department is after my incredible experience with Rich and the finance department.

I was looking for an A4 Avant with very specific color combos and options. The Avant is in limited supply to begin with and my option choices made it a difficult find. I did very thorough research on what was available and I began contacting many dealerships throughout Southern California. Many sales people either over promised or outright lied about either having the Avant in stock or being able to get it. Of all the sales people I spoke with Rich Fabbri of Commonwealth Audi impressed me the most with both his knowledge of the vehicle and his honesty as to what he had in stock, what he had coming in and what he could locate. His professionalism continued throughout the process with constant communication and presenting me different options available. Eventually he found the exact vehicle I wanted at a very fair price. The vehicle he located for me was in port in San Diego and loaded on a truck headed for LA. On the day he arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to Commonwealth from LA. It arrived in LA the day before Thanksgiving, but knowing that I really wanted the Avant by Thanksgiving day, he arranged to have it delivered to me that same evening. He also came and picked me up at my house to drive me back to the dealership. His excitement about the Avant and me getting what I wanted was only exceeded by my own. My entire experience with Commonwealth was great. The finance person was very professional and pleasant, the process was comprehensive and efficient and I was not pressured to purchase any additional warranty or other products. Rich is a great guy to work with and a consumate professional. I highly recommend Rich Fabbri in particular and Commonwealth Audi in general.

I have purchased or leased 3 cars from Commonwealth Audi and 2 of them were in 2010. Absolutely great experience with their sales staff each and every time. They were professional, courteous, and I never felt pressured in any way. Thank you Rich Fabbri for your assistance with my daughters car.
