The Bluetooth connection in your Audi enables you to make hands-free cellular calls using the Audi Multi Media Interface (MMI), steering wheel controls or voice guidance system. After "pairing" your Bluetooth-enabled cellular phone, you can dial a number from the phone book and create voice tags and directories.

Seating Environment

Drivers naturally connect with their Audi by the steering wheel and pedals, but the most personal contact comes from our technologically advanced seats. It's less a simple place to sit, and more a personalized connection to the vehicle. Nearly infinite adjustments can be made, from adjustability of the upper third of the backrest for better back support to variable lumbar support including a massage function. With safety in mind, you'll find electrically adjustable head restraints, electric belt height adjusters and crash-activated head restraints to prevent injuries to the neck. Intuitive controls are easily within reach and a unique memory system automatically changes every seat, wheel and mirror adjustment based on which key the driver is using. Different drivers can share the same car, and never have to make a single adjustment. Your connection to your vehicle has never been more natural.

HomeLink

Integration between driver and vehicle is the hallmark of Audi technology. HomeLink takes that integration one step further, using a simple, 3-button system to control your garage door, gates and even lights in your home. The Homelink system is integrated into the overhead controls of your vehicle and eliminates the need for clumsy garage door openers. Based on an integrated, radio frequency (RF) transceiver, HomeLink is quickly and easily programmed and works with over 98% of operating garage door openers. And three buttons means you can also program other garage doors, gates, and even lights in your home using optional accessories. Meshing the driving experience with the comforts of home is what HomeLink, and Audi, are all about.

Dual Climate Control

Audi climate control systems are purposefully engineered to provide a consistent and comfortable environment inside the vehicle, no matter how warm or cold the temperature is outside the vehicle.

Audi A3, TT and R8 models are equipped with automatic climate control systems designed to provide maximum comfort for all of the vehicles' passengers. Settings for the temperature, fan speed and air distribution can be set individually. The systems also include an automatic mode (AUTO), air recirculation mode and separate defrost buttons for the windshield and rear window. In models equipped with the available heated driver and front passenger seats, both the seatbacks and seat cushions are electrically heated for maximum comfort, and you can individually select your desired heat setting to ensure optimal comfort for the driver and front passenger.

Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)

The tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) is designed to continuously monitor your tire pressure to detect underinflated tires and by that avoiding hazards that may be encountered with underinflated tires. Properly inflated tires insure best fuel economy, best handling/ stopping capability and will also provide superior ride comfort for your Audi.
